Gina has been teaching youngsters to swim since 2005 at elite venues including Harbor Athletic (Madison, WI) and PRO Sports Club (Bellevue, WA). She moved to Bainbridge in 2016 with her husband and 4 aquatic kids who participate in water polo, swim team, springboard diving, and mermaiding. Gina loves teaching skills through playful games and songs. She has hand-picked the most successful techniques and games and can’t wait to share them with you. Gina has an MS from Cornell University in Engineering and Education. When she’s not in the water, she teaches music.

Cody joined BAC as a lifeguard in 2019, and has now taken on the role of Head Guard and a swim instructor. He has been a swim instructor and lifeguard on Bainbridge for many years, and brings his enthusiasm for swimming to every lesson he teaches. Cody’s background and degree as a special education teacher have helped him grow into a strong instructor for all ages and abilities. When Cody is not at the Club he works as a Fitness and Community Coordinator at Island Time Activities, a local nonprofit for adults with intellectual disabilities, writing Personal Goal Plans focused on independence and continued education.
