Dayna Maltby-Guizzetti is a native of Seattle and has returned to the area with her family by way of Arizona and Wisconsin where she continued her passion for teaching tennis. Her extensive teaching history of 30+ years also includes the Amy Yee Tennis Center, Bellevue Club and the Pine Lake Athletic Club as Director of Tennis. Not only does Dayna continue to compete at a high level, she has an impressive competitive tennis background as well. She played collegiate tennis at Seattle University where she holds a spot in the Seattle University Athletic Hall of Fame along with other great tennis players such as Janet Hopps-Adkisson and Tom Gorman. Dayna played #1 singles and doubles from 1991-1993. She reached a National doubles ranking of #14, and a National singles ranking of #27. She was honored as 2nd team All-American and led the team to the National Tournament. She continues to play competitively in USTA. Dayna has vast experience working with all levels of adult players and also works extensively with junior players from young beginners to the high performance level. She sports a fast-paced, positive style of teaching, always wanting to challenge her students.

Jim is a PTR Certified Tennis Professional with 30+ years of playing and coaching experience and an extensive background in player development. His wide range of instructional experience includes coaching college tennis, coaching players on both the ATP and WTA tours, coaching Montana Women’s 4.0 team to a National Championship in 2007, and developing a number of sectional, national and international-ranked players in Florida, Montana, Oregon and Washington. In addition to playing and coaching, Jim is a published author in tennis techniques, fundamentals and instructional materials. His concepts have been featured in Tennis & Coach magazine and he has written articles for TennisPro magazine.

As a Bainbridge Island native, Ben played Varsity Tennis at Bainbridge High School. After high school, Ben attended Western Washington University where he majored in Mathematics. Ben also played on the WWU Club Tennis Team where he helped WWU get to Nationals in 2016. Ben was one of 7 players (one of 3 males) to travel to the Tennis On Campus National Tournament in North Carolina . Upon graduating from WWU and returning to Bainbridge Ben has found a joy in teaching tennis and worked with Bainbridge Island Parks and Recreation summer tennis program before beginning with BAC. As a 5.0 NTRP rated player, Ben continues to compete in tournaments and USTA League play.
